Scheduling. Same-day and next-day service depend on availability and are not guaranteed. If we need to reschedule, we’ll contact you as early as possible.

Prohibited items. We cannot accept hazardous materials, including wet paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, fuel, and medical waste. Customers are responsible for disclosing such items before service.

Site access and safety. You’re responsible for providing lawful access to the service location. Dumpster placement on public streets may require a municipal permit, which remains the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
